Why should I change from spray cologne / perfume to a solid wax fragrance?
Solid wax fragrances are better for you and your skin, more convenient for your lifestyle, and offer better value and greater longevity compared to spray colognes. They are pocket-sized and lightweight and contain a blend of nourishing oils that hydrate the skin, such as Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil and Shea Butter. They also provide up to 8hours of scent with an option to re-apply over the course of the day. Compared to spray colognes, which can contain up to 90% alcohol, solid colognes include more parfum, resulting in better value and greater longevity. They are also discreet and there is no need to declare them when travelling.
How much is shipping?
We are pleased to inform you that all of our products come with tracked shipping costing £3.50 to make your shopping experience easier and more transparent.
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 72 hours of ordering. Shipping times is dependent on where you’re located using Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service, allowing you to easily track all your shipments at any time.

Does my order come with tracking?
Yes, 100%. We provide online digital tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How can I try the different scents?
We offer a sample pack box for this exact reason and offer a box which includes 5no small 3ml tins of each of our fragrances within the collections, so you can take the time to choose your favourite scent.
Our sample packs also come with a £5 TUMCH digital gift voucher (converted into your local currency rate at time of use) and valid for 12 months that can be used for your first full-sized solid fragrance purchase. These make a fantastic gift if you’re unsure what to buy a friend.
What do you mean by travel friendly?
Our solid colognes are pocket sized and weigh less than 100g, so you can keep on you and take everywhere you go. As they aren’t liquid, there is no need to declare at the airport so you can easily re-apply 20,000ft in the sky!
What does top, heart and base notes mean?
The top, heart and base notes work together to create a complex fragrance blend.
The top notes are what you experience when you first apply the scent and act as the first impression.
The heart notes are the ones that reveal themselves and gives the fragrance their main body.
Base notes add depth and richness to a blend as well as acting as an anchor for the entire cologne.
These notes provide the lasting impression and will linger on the skin for hours.
How do you use it and how much should I apply?
Simply swipe your fingertip over the balm and apply directly to your pulse points on your neck and wrists. One application will last up to 8 hours, but like all colognes and perfumes, it will slowly evaporate over time so you can re-apply as often as you like.

How do I know what fragrance will be right for me?
Interestingly, most people instinctively choose their preferred cologne fragrance from the same 1 or 2 families, so your gut instinct is usually the right one! The trick is to consider the types of fragrances you’re drawn to and look for these in the parfum top, heart and base notes breakdown. If you’re still unsure, maybe start with a sample pack offering all 5 fragrances of either perfume or cologne range.
Does the fragrance waxes melt?
Not unless you leave in direct sunlight, or in a hot car, for a sustained period. We recommend storing below 25°C and always keep out of direct sunlight.
